I say use them if the situation warrants it. And if you have to use it, make it count. Large amounts of volts held to the skin for long amounts of time.

There are ways of restraining a child other than shocking the shit out of them. What if you were to teaser a child with heart problems or health issues?

Unfortunately the little bastards are getting meaner and meaner and they are running out of options...
Sometimes we must take the consequences of our actions even if we are young with heart problems...that is a hard part of life.
What else are they gonna do if they can't talk to them and nothing else has worked?

tasers are also better than getting hit by one of their knight-sticks. I saw a ghetto kid get knocked the fuck out last thursday at Bourbon St. I'd much rather get tased(sp?) than knocked out/have a broken face etc...
