Hackintosh?

Is anyone here running a hackintosh and using it for production? I'm still reading up on this and I am close to taking the plunge to see if I have a hardware setup that will run Leo stable enough to start purchasing some mac software... I think I'm going to upgrade mobo/proc/memory first though as I haven't read much, if any, success stories of AMD powered hackintoshes but if you know of a confirmed story I would appreciate a link!
