Besides KFC, Popeyes, or Churches. There used to be Grillside Central in St. Pete, but they closed. I need fried chicken like grandma used to cook.

OK so back to fried chicken...and homemade slow cooked ribs. Not any of those commercial places either but instead a set good family resturaunts.

For Ribs, Eli's in Dunedin. They are only open Thurs-Sat, 11 am-6 pm and there is always a line. I have been on a quest for the best ribs in Tampa Bay in preparation for my bbq tour later this year and Eli's is by far the best so far. I am still looking for good fried chicken. Grillside Central in SP was delicious but unfortunately they are closed.

We aren't at war with Islam. And let's stick to the topic at hand...

There are hungry people who would like some fried chicken

And ribs...
